05 · How I teach
Nobody watches.
Everybody builds.
Most AI training is a demo. Someone shares a screen, everyone nods, nothing changes on Monday. I run it the other way. People open their laptops, bring their actual work, and leave with something that runs. If they do not, the company does not pay.
