Your people have sat through the AI talk already. They nodded, they went back to their inbox, nothing changed. I run live online sessions where nobody watches. Everyone opens a laptop, brings real work, and builds an AI tool for their actual job while I drive the room.
Live on Zoom. Any headcount, any timezone, across the US and Canada.

Before you put it in front of your team, see how it runs and why nobody gets to sit and watch.
Someone shares a screen. They type a prompt. Something impressive appears. The room says wow. Three days later everyone is back to doing it the old way, and leadership concludes that AI is overhyped.
The failure is not the tool and it is not your people. It is that watching someone use AI teaches you nothing you can repeat. So I run it inverted. I talk for about fifteen minutes total. Everyone else works for the rest.
I have run this in person and sold it out. I have also run it for 187+ people live on one call for three hours. Online is not the compromise version, it is the version most teams should book.
Their laptop, their logins, their files. Nothing built in the session breaks when they get back to their desk, because they never left it.
Nobody dials into a room they cannot participate in. Remote and in-office people get an identical session, which is rarely true of hybrid workshops.
New hires get the same session six months later. The people who were there rewatch the part they got stuck on. In-person gives you none of this.
Fifty people, two hundred, a whole company. The format holds because it was built around people building, not around me being audible at the back.
US, Canada, or teams split across both. Sessions run when your people are actually awake and working, not when a flight lands.
No flights, no hotel, no venue, no lost day either side. Roughly half the cost of the same session on site.
Headcount, roles, what they do all day, what tools you are already on. Takes ten minutes on a form or a call.
I come back with what I would run, which use cases we build, and a date. If online is not the right format for what you want I will tell you.
Live on Zoom. Fifteen minutes of setup, then people building on their own work with me unblocking them one at a time.
What they built, the setup, the recording, and the ability to build the next one without booking me again.
All prices in USD, for groups up to 25 people. Scoped to your team before it runs. If your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay.
Groups over 25 add $25 per person. Company-wide rollouts and multi-team programs are quoted on the scoping call. Prefer in person? A half day on site is $7,500 and a full day is $12,500, plus travel at cost. Canadian companies can often cover part of this through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
| Your situation | What the session looks like |
|---|---|
| Remote or distributed team | Everyone on their own machine, everyone builds. The format was made for this rather than adapted to it. |
| You rolled out AI and adoption stalled | Almost always a setup problem, not a people problem. We fix the foundation first, then build on it in the same session. |
| A mastermind or paid community | High headcount, mixed businesses. Works well because everyone builds on their own thing rather than a shared example. |
| An agency or service business | I ran an agency with 250+ clients. Delivery, reporting, onboarding, proposals. I know where your hours go. |
| Leadership needs to see it first | Book the 90 minute executive briefing, then the team session once they have decided. Most rollouts should go in this order. |
| Your team is on Claude specifically | Book Claude training for teams instead. Same format, built entirely around Projects, Skills and MCPs. |
Navin RamharakOnline + on site, US & Canada
I am Navin Ramharak. I built companies past $25M in revenue before I ever taught a minute of AI. I learned this because my businesses needed it, not because I wanted something to sell. An agency with 250+ clients behind it, an ecommerce brand, a personal brand shipping every week.
Then 85+ AI companies started paying me to show people how their tools actually work. Your team is not learning from a course creator who read the manual. They are learning from an operator who runs real businesses on these tools every day.

Any headcount. The largest I have run live was 187+ people at once for three hours and it still worked, because the format is built around people building rather than me presenting. Pricing covers up to 25 people with $25 per person after that.
Published on this page. $2,500 for a 90 minute executive briefing, $4,500 for a 3 hour team session, $8,000 for a two-part program. All in USD for groups up to 25 people.
No, and for most teams it is better. Everyone is already on their own setup so nothing breaks when they get back to their desk, distributed people get the same session as everyone else, and you get a recording that works as a training library later. In person is worth it when you want the room energy and the team is in one place.
Yes. I work with teams across the US and Canada and sessions run in whatever timezone your people are actually working in. Online sessions have no geography at all, and I travel for in-person work across both countries.
No. Zero experience is fine and most sessions have a mix. Everything is in plain English so beginners keep up from minute one, while people already using AI daily still leave with things they did not know it could do.
Whatever your team is on. I start most business teams on Claude because it does the best real work inside a business, and 85+ AI companies have paid me to teach their tools. If you are standardised on something else we run it on that. There is a dedicated Claude training page if that is your stack.
Laptops and real work. No prework packet and no slides to review. I scope the session to your team's actual jobs on a short call beforehand, which is what makes the session specific rather than generic.
Yes, on every online session. Your team keeps it along with everything built on the call. Most companies use it to onboard people who join later.
If your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay. It applies to every format on this page.
Yes. Private one to one build sessions run on Zoom. Details and pricing are on the 1:1 AI training page.
Tell me about your team and I will come back within a day with a plan and a date. Every inquiry comes to me, not a team.
