Most Claude training is a demo. Someone shares a screen, types a prompt, everyone nods, nothing changes on Monday. I run it the other way. Your people open their laptops, bring their actual work, and build something in Claude that they keep using after I log off.
Live online in any timezone, or in person across the US and Canada.

Not a sizzle reel. This is the format, why it works, and what your people walk out with.
I learned it because my businesses needed it. I run an agency with 250+ clients behind it, an ecommerce brand that has done $25M, and a personal brand that ships every week. Claude is how a small team keeps up with all of it.
That is the difference between me and a course creator who read the docs. I am not teaching you features. I am showing you what I actually do with it every day, on your work, in front of you, while you do it too.
Four steps, same every time, whether it is eight people in a boardroom or two hundred on a call.
A short call where you tell me what your team actually does all day. I build the session around that, not around a generic curriculum. If your ops lead spends six hours a week on reporting, that is what we build in the room.
Most teams never get past the blank chat box. We fix the setup first: projects for the work that repeats, instructions so it knows your business, and the settings that decide whether Claude is useful or annoying.
Not a sample task. Their task. I move around the room, or through the call, and unblock people one by one until each person has something that works on their real job.
The tool they built, the setup, the recording if we are online, and the skill to build the next one without me. That last part is the whole point.
Real examples of what people build during a session, depending on who is in it.
The weekly report that eats half a day becomes a Claude project that drafts it from the raw numbers, in the format your team already uses.
Transcript in, a summary, the next steps and a written follow-up out. In your voice, not in AI voice.
Most teams paste in a style guide and get generic copy anyway. We build the setup that makes it stick across every piece.
Contract review, invoice chasing, reconciliations. The unglamorous stuff where Claude quietly saves the most hours.
Not a cheerleader. Set up properly, Claude will argue with a bad plan before you commit to it. Most execs have never seen this.
The reason training fails is that people go back to their old workflow on day three. We build the trigger that stops that.
Every format below is scoped to your team before it runs. Prices are in USD, for groups up to 25 people. Same guarantee on all of it: if your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay.
Groups over 25 add $25 per person. Multi-session programs and multi-team rollouts are quoted on the scoping call. Canadian companies: the Canada-Alberta Job Grant can cover up to 50% of eligible training costs, and I will point you at the paperwork.
I am not religious about tools. 85+ AI companies have paid me to teach theirs. But I start most business teams on Claude, and here is the honest reason.
| What you need it for | Where Claude earns its spot |
|---|---|
| Long, real documents | Contracts, transcripts, reports, whole codebases. It holds more context and loses the thread less often, which is most of what breaks in day-to-day business work. |
| Writing that sounds like you | It holds a voice across a whole project instead of drifting back to generic after two messages. For anything client-facing this is the difference between usable and rewrite-it-yourself. |
| Work that repeats | Projects and Skills let you package a workflow once and hand it to the whole team. Most teams have never set one up, which is why AI still feels like extra work rather than less. |
| Connecting to your actual stack | MCPs plug it into the tools your business already runs on, so it works with your data instead of asking you to paste it in. |
| Pushing back | Set up right it will tell you a plan is weak. That is worth more to a business owner than a tool that agrees with everything. |
If your team is standardised on ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, I will run the session on your stack. Tell me on the scoping call. The method does not change, only the buttons.
Three things that cost nothing and will tell you in about ten minutes whether my way of explaining this works for your people.

I built companies past $25M in revenue before I ever taught a minute of AI. An agency behind 250+ brands, an ecommerce business, a basketball brand that has shipped 50,000+ units. Claude is how a small team keeps up with all of it.
Then 85+ AI companies started paying me to show people how their tools actually work. Your team is not learning from a course creator who read the docs. They are learning from an operator who runs real businesses on this every day.
No. Zero experience is fine and most rooms have a mix. Everything is in plain English, so beginners keep up from minute one. People who already use Claude every day still leave with things they did not know it could do, usually around Projects, Skills and MCPs.
A course teaches features. This builds tools. Your team brings their real work and leaves with something running on it. If a course was going to fix your adoption problem it would have already. That said, Claude 101 is my free course and it is a good warm-up before a session.
Published on this page rather than hidden behind a call. $2,500 for a 90 minute executive briefing, $4,500 for a 3 hour online team session, $7,500 for a half day on site and $12,500 for a full day on site. All in USD for groups up to 25, with $25 per extra person.
Both. Online runs live on Zoom for any headcount in any timezone, and I have had 187+ people on a single call for three hours. In person I travel to your office, venue or city across the US and Canada, with travel billed at cost.
In person works best between 5 and 50 so I can actually get to everyone. Online scales much further. The largest I have run live was 187+ at once and it still worked because the format is built around people building, not me presenting.
Then I run it on your stack. I start most business teams on Claude for the reasons on this page, but 85+ AI companies have paid me to teach their tools and the method does not change. Tell me your stack on the scoping call.
Laptops and real work. No prework packet, no slides to review. I scope the session to your team's actual jobs before I arrive, which is what the short call beforehand is for.
If your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay. It applies to every format on this page and I have never had to argue about it.
Yes. Private one to one build sessions run on Zoom where we build inside your business together. Details and pricing are on the 1:1 AI training page.
Tell me about your team and I will come back within a day with a plan and a date. I answer every inquiry myself.
