Local, actually

I am not a training company
with an Edmonton page.

I am Navin Ramharak. I live in Edmonton and my businesses are registered here as 2241307 Alberta Ltd. I built an agency that has worked with 250+ brands, an ecommerce business that has done $25M, and a basketball brand that has shipped 50,000+ units. All of it run from this city.

I learned AI because those businesses needed it, not because I wanted a course to sell. Then 85+ AI companies started paying me to explain their tools. So when I show up at your office, you are getting an Alberta operator who runs real companies on this stuff, not a contractor flown in with a slide deck.

What actually happened

15 owners. 3 hours.
Everyone left with a build.

The first Build With Nav Live in Edmonton sold out. Fifteen business owners in a room for three hours, laptops open the whole time. Not one person sat and watched. Every single one walked out with a working AI tool for their own business.

That is the entire format and it has not changed since. I talk for about fifteen minutes total. Everyone else works.

Two minutes on how
I run a room.

Before you book a day of your team's time, see exactly what the session is.

How it runs

Nobody watches.
Everybody builds.

01

We scope it over coffee or a call

You tell me what your team actually does all day. Being local means this can be in person if you would rather. I build the session around your work, not a generic curriculum.

02

I come to your office or a venue

Anywhere in the Edmonton area. Your boardroom, a rented space, wherever your people already are. I bring everything except the laptops.

03

Everyone builds their own thing

Their real work, not a demo. I move around the room and unblock people one at a time until every person has something running on their actual job.

04

Your people keep all of it

The tool, the setup, and the ability to build the next one without me. I am local, so if something breaks in a month you can just call me.

Alberta employers

The province will likely
pay for most of this.

The Canada-Alberta Job Grant exists specifically to cover training for Alberta employees, and AI training qualifies. Most owners I talk to have no idea it is there.

Grant rules and funding levels are set by the Government of Alberta and change from time to time. Check the current terms on alberta.ca before you plan around them. I am a trainer, not a grant advisor, but I have the paperwork side down and I will hand you everything you need.

Pricing

Published, so you can
budget without a call.

Prices in USD for groups up to 25 people. Alberta companies can be invoiced in CAD. Same guarantee on all of it: if your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay.

Executive briefing
90 minutes. For leadership who have to make the call on AI. Can run at your office or online. Hands on, not a presentation.
$2,50090 minutes
In person, half day
4 hours at your office or a venue in the Edmonton area. Laptops open, no spectators. No travel charge anywhere in the Edmonton region. The one most local teams book.
$7,500Half day, on site
In person, full day
A full day on site. Deeper builds, more people, and enough time to get every single person over the line rather than most of them.
$12,500Full day, on site
Online team session
3 hours live on Zoom if your team is split across sites or you would rather not lose the travel time. Same format, recording included.
$4,500Half day, online

Groups over 25 add $25 per person. Calgary, Red Deer and the rest of Alberta are the same price plus travel at cost. Remember the Canada-Alberta Job Grant can cover up to 50% of eligible costs, so ask before you assume the sticker price is what you pay.

TRADES & CONSTRUCTION

Quotes, scheduling and the paperwork

Estimating, subcontractor comms, safety documentation, invoicing. The admin that eats a project manager's evenings.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Documents and client comms

Law, accounting, consulting. Contract review, file summaries, client updates. Where AI saves the most hours and gets the least attention.

REAL ESTATE

Listings, follow-up and market work

I built a Command Center template for a real estate team at the last Edmonton session. It is in the recap.

AGENCIES & MARKETING

Delivery without more headcount

I ran an agency with 250+ clients behind it. I know exactly where your hours go and which ones AI can take.

ENERGY & INDUSTRIAL SERVICES

Reporting and compliance

The recurring reports and documentation that nobody wants to write and everybody has to.

ASSOCIATIONS & CHAMBERS

A session your members remember

Conference breakout or member workshop. Your room builds something instead of listening to another AI talk.

Questions

Before you book.

Yes. I live in Edmonton and I come to your office or venue anywhere in the Edmonton area at no travel charge. The first public Build With Nav Live session ran here and sold out, with fifteen owners in the room for three hours.

A 90 minute executive briefing is $2,500. A half day on site is $7,500 and a full day is $12,500. A 3 hour online team session is $4,500. All in USD for groups up to 25 people, with $25 per extra person. Alberta companies can be invoiced in CAD.

Usually yes, and most owners do not know it exists. The grant can cover up to 50% of eligible training costs to a maximum of $5,000 per trainee per year, and up to 75% to a maximum of $10,000 if you are training a newly hired unemployed Albertan. You apply as the employer and the application has to be approved before the session runs, so leave a few weeks. I provide the outline, cost breakdown and invoice format. Check current terms on alberta.ca.

Yes. Calgary, Red Deer and the rest of Alberta are the same price plus travel at cost. I also work across the US and Canada, and anything online has no geography at all.

In person works best between 5 and 50 so I can actually reach everyone. If you have more than that, or people spread across sites, the online format scales much further. I have run 187+ people live on a single call.

None. Most rooms have a complete mix and everything is in plain English. People who already use AI daily still leave with things they did not know it could do.

Laptops, a room, and real work. No prework packet and no slides to review. I scope the session to your team's actual jobs on a short call beforehand, which is what makes it specific to you.

Whatever your team is on. I start most business teams on Claude because it does the best real work inside a business, and 85+ AI companies have paid me to teach their tools. There is a dedicated Claude training page if that is your stack.

Yes. Keynote-style live build or a breakout workshop, 45 minutes to half a day. Your attendees build something during the session rather than listening to another AI talk. Tell me the event and I will scope it.

If your people do not walk away with something real, you do not pay. It has applied to every session I have ever run.

Let's get your Edmonton team
actually using AI.

Tell me about your team and I will come back within a day with a plan, a date, and what the grant could cover. Every inquiry comes to me, not a team.
