You were in the room. This is the page from the night. Everything we built, the exact prompts I used, the full written guide, and your one thing to build before you close the laptop.
Everything you watched tonight started as an empty box and a sentence in plain English. The question form you used. The website we audited and rebuilt. The ad campaign from someone's real product. None of it needed code, and none of it needed experience. That is the whole point, and now it is your turn.
Not forty tools. Four moves. Everything else you will ever read about AI is a variation on one of these.
Paste in what you sell, what it costs, who buys it, what you are bad at. Ugly notes are fine. Generic in, generic out. Your actual business in, actual advice out.
A project holds your context permanently. Set it up once, work inside it forever. Most people never get this far and it is the single biggest upgrade.
Drop in the contract, the spreadsheet, the screenshot, the proposal. It can see and read all of it. Stop describing documents and hand them over.
A skill is a saved workflow. The audit we ran tonight was one. Build one for the task you hate most and it does it the same way, every week, without you.
These are the exact things I typed on screen. They are not magic words. They are just clear instructions with your business in them, which is the whole skill.
Here is everything about my business. Hold all of it. I am going to ask you things and I want you to answer as someone who knows all of this. What I sell: [your offer] What it costs: [your pricing] Who buys it: [your customer, plainly] What is working: [one or two things] What I am bad at or hate doing: [be honest] What the last three months looked like: [rough numbers, wins, problems] Confirm you have it, then wait for my question.
Based on everything you know about my business, what is the one thing I should stop doing this week, and why? Be direct. Do not give me a list. Give me one thing and the reason.
Audit [your website URL] like an SEO consultant who charges $2,000 for this. Give me the ten biggest problems, ranked by how much they are costing me, in plain English, with the fix for each one. Then tell me which single fix to do first.
Here is a task I do every week and hate: [describe it in two or three sentences, how you do it now, what good looks like]. Build me a repeatable way to hand this to you. Ask me any questions you need first. Then give me a saved instruction I can reuse every time so the output comes back the same way without me re-explaining it.
build me a single html page that is an anonymous question box for 100 people in a room. no names, no emails, just a text box and a send button. works on a phone in one tap. after they send, say "sent" and let them ask another. white background, black text, one orange accent. keep it to one file so i can drag it into netlify.
The people who leave a room like this and do nothing for a week never come back to it. The people who do one thing in the next hour keep going. So pick the task you named on the way in, the one that eats your week, and hand it off before you sleep.
Ask whatever you want without putting your hand up. The most common questions get answered on the big screen, and I stay until nine for whatever is left.
Open the question box→The room covered four moves. The written guide covers the other thirteen: setup, prompting, Projects, Skills, connecting your tools, Research, the six copy-paste prompts, the mistakes everyone makes, and how to find your first win by role. It's on this site right now under The guide, and I'll email you the link too, along with whatever we build next in this city.
No spam. Unsubscribe whenever. You get the guide and the newsletter, nothing else.
