These terms cover your use of buildwithnav.com, our phone line, and our services. By using the site, calling us, or booking a session, you agree to them. We've kept the legalese to a minimum.

The services

Build With Nav is a brand of 2241307 Alberta Ltd. Build With Nav provides AI education content, live workshops, and one-on-one build sessions where Navin Ramharak works with you to build AI tools, automations, and systems for your business. Sessions run on live video calls unless agreed otherwise.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through our booking page and paid in advance by card via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
Need to reschedule? Do it through the link in your confirmation email, up to 2 business days before your session.
Cancellations made at least 2 business days before the session are refunded in full. Inside that window, we'll work with you to reschedule instead.

Our guarantee

If you finish a paid session and don't walk away with something you can use, you don't pay. Tell us at the end of your session and we'll refund it. That's the whole policy.

What you keep

Everything built with you in your session belongs to you: the tools, the files, the recording, the knowledge. You're responsible for how you deploy and use what's built, including compliance with laws that apply to your business.

What we don't promise

We promise real work and real tools. We don't guarantee business outcomes, revenue results, follower counts, or that any tool will fit every future use case. AI tools depend on third-party platforms that change; where something breaks later, our retainer clients get priority support, and everyone gets honest guidance.

Our phone line and AI assistant

Our phone line is answered by Nova, an AI voice assistant. Nova discloses that it's an AI and answers questions about our services.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and service purposes. If you don't want to be recorded, email us instead.
Information Nova provides is general in nature and not legal, financial, or professional advice.

SMS terms

If you request our booking link by text during a call, we send one transactional SMS to the number you confirm. No recurring or marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: one message per request.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Content and courses

Free content (Claude 101, the Skills Library, the Learning Hub, the newsletter) is for your personal and business use. Don't resell it or republish it as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build With Nav and Navin Ramharak are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the current version.
