Nobody has ever shown you this. It is how you actually write when you are not thinking about it, taken from your own sent mail, not from your website. The three things below are the ones nobody else does the same way.
{{VOICE_NOTE}}
{{V_OPENER}}{{V_OPENER_N}}
{{V_CLOSER}}{{V_CLOSER_N}}
These are the emails an assistant gets wrong most often, and they are the ones you have a way of doing. Your actual lines, with the private bits taken out.
{{M_LINE}}
Each of these turned up at least three times. An assistant working from this list sounds like you. One working from "friendly and professional" sounds like everyone.
Found by looking for the habits AI writing falls into and confirming they are not in your mail. This list is what stops the drafts sounding like a robot.
I wrote {{TEST_DRAFTS}} drafts from the profile and asked whether you would send them. This is what you changed. These outrank everything else in the file.
{{FIX_QUOTE}}
Paste {{PROFILE_FILE}} into the instructions of a Claude Project and start every email chat inside that project. Outside the project, Claude has never met you. Inside it, it writes like you did on your best day.
When a draft is off, do not rewrite it yourself. Say what is wrong in plain words, the way you did today. "Shorter." "Warmer." "I'd never say that." If the same correction comes up twice, add it to the profile.
