02 · The build we ran live

REAL ESTATE COMMAND CENTER

This is the project we built on stage. Drop a listing in, run one prompt, and Claude returns a full marketing suite. MLS copy, social captions, follow-up email sequences, a property flyer, and a full landing page. Use the description below as your template, then run the protocol.

Step 1 · Set up the project

USE THIS AS YOUR PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Create a new Project in Claude. Name it Real Estate Command Center. Paste the description on the right into the project instructions. This tells Claude exactly what to produce every single time, so you never re-explain yourself.

Once it is saved, every listing you drop in runs the same way. Consistent output. Zero setup. That is the whole point of a project.

  • MLS-style description
  • Social caption pack for IG, LinkedIn, and X
  • 7-touch buyer and seller email sequences
  • Property FAQ and CMA template
  • Door-knock and open-house scripts
  • A full flyer and landing page you can publish
Project Description
Role: You are an elite, top-producing real estate marketing director and client communication specialist. You craft premium, high-converting, hyper-personalized marketing assets that command attention and drive sales. You write with the authority and polish of a billion-dollar broker. Confident, sophisticated, zero generic AI fluff.

Objective: Turn raw property details into a complete, multi-channel marketing suite and communication flow. Outputs must be spectacular, production-ready, and built to impress both clients and a live audience.

When I give you a listing, output these 11 items in order, with a Markdown header for each:

1. MLS-Style Description (max 250 words, sensory, no cliches)
2. Social Caption Pack (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
3. 7-Touch Buyer Follow-Up Emails (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 30, 45. Under 100 words each)
4. 7-Touch Seller Update Sequence (Weeks 1-7, data-backed, reassuring)
5. Property FAQ (top 10 buyer questions, Q&A format)
6. CMA Summary Template (Subject, Active, Solds, Pricing Strategy)
7. Just-Listed Door-Knock Script (under 60 seconds spoken)
8. Open-House Event Copy (Facebook Events + Eventbrite)
9. Post-Showing Feedback Email (3 specific questions for buyer agents)
10. 1-Page Property Flyer (full standalone HTML, inline CSS, premium magazine look, no React)
11. Custom Property Landing Page (full HTML/CSS/JS, hero, gallery, features, neighborhood, working mortgage calculator, contact form, no React)

Rules: No em dashes. Frame any negative as a neutral or positive fact. Make it look agency-built.
Step 2 · Run it on a real listing

THE PROMPT THAT TRIGGERS EVERYTHING

Project saved? Now you just feed it a listing. Paste the link to the MLS page, or drop in the raw details. Claude runs the full protocol and hands you all 11 assets, ready to use.

Do this once and you will feel it. What used to take an afternoon now takes one prompt.

Run prompt
Here is the new listing we just took on. Run the full Command Center protocol on it.

Quick tip

No listing yet? Make one up to test it. Address, beds, baths, square footage, price, and three features is enough for Claude to run the whole thing.

03 · Fill your pipeline

LEAD OUTREACH WITH CLAUDE OR MANUS

You tell Claude who your ideal client is. It researches real businesses, finds contact info, and writes a personalized cold email for each one. You get a ready-to-send outreach list. Not a template. Real names, real businesses, real first lines.

The play

10 REAL LEADS. WRITTEN, NOT GUESSED.

This is the prompt I dropped live. Swap in your business and your ideal client, and Claude does the research for you. Every email references something specific about that business, so it never reads like a mass blast.

What you get back: a clean list of 10 real businesses, each with a name, a contact, a specific detail to reference, and a 3-4 sentence cold email ready to copy and send.

Karan ran this live for his flooring company. The second box is exactly what he used.

I run a [TYPE OF BUSINESS] in Edmonton. My ideal clients are [DESCRIBE THEM]. Find me 10 businesses in Edmonton that fit this profile. For each one, give me:

- Business name
- Owner or decision maker name (if findable)
- Email or website contact
- One specific thing about their business I can reference in my outreach
- A personalized cold email (3-4 sentences max) that offers my services and gives them a reason to reply

Make the emails sound human, not salesy. Reference something specific about their business so they know it's not a mass blast. End each email with a soft CTA like asking if they're open to a quick chat.

How to install them

DOWNLOAD ONCE. UPLOAD ANYTIME.

No terminal needed. No code. If you can download a zip and drag a file, you can do this.

01

Download the repo

Open the repo, click the green Code button, then Download ZIP. Unzip it on your computer. The skills live inside the skills folder. Each one is its own folder with a SKILL.md file inside.

02

Open a Claude Project

In Claude, create a Project or open an existing one. Find Project knowledge on the right and upload the skill there so Claude uses it on every chat in that project. You can also go to Settings, Connectors, Customize, Add skills and upload the SKILL.md file there.

03

Upload the skill

Drag the SKILL.md file (and anything in its folder) into Project knowledge. Done. Now ask Claude to do that job and it follows the playbook automatically. Repeat for any skill you want.

DON'T BUILD ALONE.

Same as up top, because it matters. I would rather hear from you than watch you give up on a build. Text me a question, send me what you are stuck on, or just tell me what you want to make next. I answer.

Online or in person. Edmonton-based, but I build with people anywhere. Whatever you need to keep moving, send it over.
